YOGA
Yoga techniques focus on understanding and controlling the body,the breath and the mind through
exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas) and meditation
training.

COMING IN THE NEAR FUTURE
COUPLES MASSAGE CLASS
The couples massage class is designed to let anyone with a partner learn simple, healthy and
powerful swedish massage techniques to help relieve stress and pain and increase the bodies
natural healing abilities. The techniques include friction, kneading, percussion and
acupressure for the neck and back. Participants will need to bring a mat, pillow and some good
lotion to work with. This class will appear on the calendar of events several times a year or
more depending upon the publics request.
CALENDAR
STRETCHING
This class will focus on all the major muscle groups in
the body including the neck, arms, back, and legs. Indications and
contraindications will be covered to provide a safe and enjoyable
experience for the client. A mat and comfortable clothing are required.
